U.S. Customers :Shipping charge $29.99 USD Flat Rate — Shipped from Montreal, Canada via UPS-Tracked (2–3 Business Days).
IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Canadian Customers : Orders shipped within Canada are not subject to any customs duties or additional fees.
All products are already cleared through customs and stored in Montreal, ensuring fast, hassle-free delivery.
U.S. Customers : As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. government has abolished the duty exemption for low-value goods under $800 USD.
As a result, all shipments to the United States are now subject to import duties, which must be paid directly by the customer. Specifically, Import duties and taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges will be collected by UPS upon delivery under the Incoterm Delivered At Place (DAP) — formerly known as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Important: If import duties and taxes are not paid by the customer upon delivery and the package is returned to us by UPS, 285 Motorsport will process a refund once the item has been received and inspected at our facility. Please note that return shipping costs, UPS brokerage charges, and any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
