30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us. That is why we offer a 30-day free return for refund policy for your 285 Motorsport parts. We will accept returns or exchanges of our product for any reason, unless the part or component was used, modified, previously installed, or damaged in any way.

*Please be aware that shipping costs for returns are at the expense of the customer under certain conditions.

Refunds and Exchanges Requirements

  • Returns are only available for the United States and Canada
  • Return or exchange requests must be received within 30 calendar days of the date of purchase
  • Items must be in their original condition (the items must never have been used, modified, previously installed or damaged in any way)
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required to fulfill returns or exchanges
  • Return shipments must be freight prepaid at the expense of the customer under certain conditions and insured against loss or damage and must be provided with a tracking number. Please be aware that no C.O.D. (collect of delivery) shipments will be accepted.

  • Original invoice copy
  • Reason for return
  • Full name
  • Email & shipping address
  • Phone number & preferred callback time

 Proof of freight prepaid shipment* at customers’ expense will be required to fulfill the return or exchange.

Receive your refund

Refund value will be credited to the original method of payment within 3 to 7 business days from the date of reception of the shipment at our warehouse.

Exchange Process (within 30 days)

Do you need to exchange your order or part of it? To expedite your exchange process and ensure you receive your desired item promptly, we recommend following these steps to contact us immediately at info@285motorsport.com:

Received Wrong Item:

  • Support your claim with photos and videos
  • Include your original invoice copy, full name, email and shipping address, phone number and preferred callback time.

 You will be provided with freight prepaid shipping if you received the wrong item with your order.

Buyer Fitment Mistake:

  • Describe the reason for your exchange
  • Include your original invoice copy, full name, email and shipping address, phone number and preferred callback time.

Custom-made and modified items are not eligible for exchanges, and exchanges will be accepted only once.

Cancelling Your Order

If you change your mind and need to cancel an order you have just placed with us, please be aware that orders must be cancelled within ONE HOUR of purchase No exceptions will be made as we are unable to amend or alter an order once it has been picked up by our shipping carriers.
