Shipping Charge 

🇨 🇦 FREE Shipping within Canada

At 285 Motorsport, shipping is always free for our Canadian customers. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our Montreal, Canada warehouse via UPS-Tracked Shipping (2–3 Business Days).

You’ll receive a tracking number once your package leaves our facility so you can follow every step of your delivery.

🇺🇸 Shipping to the United States

For our U.S. customers, we offer a flat rate of $29.99 USD on all orders. Packages are shipped via UPS-Tracked Shipping from Montreal, Canada (2–3 Business Days).

All orders include full tracking, and delivery times are fast and reliable thanks to our cross-border logistics network.

 

Taxes or import Fees

🇨🇦 For Our Canadian Customers

Orders shipped within Canada are not subject to any customs duties or additional fees.
All products are already cleared through customs and stored in Montreal, ensuring fast, hassle-free delivery.

  

🇺🇸 For Our U.S. Customers

As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. government has abolished the duty exemption for low-value goods under $800 USD.

As a result, all shipments to the United States are now subject to import duties, which must be paid directly by the customer. Specifically, Import duties and taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges will be collected by UPS upon delivery under the Incoterm Delivered At Place (DAP) — formerly known as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Important: If import duties and taxes are not paid by the customer upon delivery and the package is returned to us by UPS, 285 Motorsport will process a refund once the item has been received and inspected at our facility. Please note that return shipping costs, UPS brokerage charges, and any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Processing

Once you place an order with us, kindly give us 0 to 1 business day to get it ready for you. If you've picked out a product marked as a pre-order, the processing might be a bit different. 

As soon as your package is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number. Just a heads up: if there's a delay in clearing your payment, there might be a slight extension in the processing time.

Delivery times

Your order will be delivered in 2 to 4 business days following its processing, depending on your delivery destination.

Handling of Damaged or Lost Goods During Transit

We understand that the shipping process can sometimes be unpredictable. At 285 Motorsport, we take responsibility for any products that may be damaged or lost during transit. If you find your order damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will do our best to address and rectify the situation swiftly.

Order Tracking & Customs

Upon completion of the handling and processing stages, a tracking number for your order will be issued and sent to you via email. This lets you monitor your order’s journey from our warehouse directly to your specified delivery location. Do note, however, that it might take a short while for your tracking number to become active as it requires scanning by the courier service. Once your parcel is en route, you will be able to keep tabs on its status.
