Shipping Charge 

We're pleased to offer flat rate shipping at a reduced cost of only $35.00, even for oversized products. We're absorbing most of the shipping costs to bring you this special rate.

Taxes or import Fees

Normally, you won’t face any additional import or duty fees from customs. Although, this might not be the case for every country and it’s a rare occurrence. Please remember, if your country does apply any customs fees, it is your responsibility to cover them.


Once you place an order with us, kindly give us 0 to 1 business day to get it ready for you. If you've picked out a product marked as a pre-order, the processing might be a bit different. 

As soon as your package is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number. Just a heads up: if there's a delay in clearing your payment, there might be a slight extension in the processing time.

    Handling of Damaged or Lost Goods During Transit

    We understand that the shipping process can sometimes be unpredictable. At 285 Motorsport, we take responsibility for any products that may be damaged or lost during transit. If you find your order damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will do our best to address and rectify the situation swiftly.

    Order Tracking & Customs

    Upon completion of the handling and processing stages, a tracking number for your order will be issued and sent to you via email. This lets you monitor your order’s journey from our warehouse directly to your specified delivery location. Do note, however, that it might take a short while for your tracking number to become active as it requires scanning by the courier service.
